END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR THE VISUAL LEARNING FOR LIFE WORKSHEETS. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE CONTINUING WITH USING THE WORKSHEETS. VISUAL LEARNING FOR LIFE'S End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Visual Learning for Life for the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. This license agreement represents the entire agreement concerning the program between you and Visual Learning for Life, (referred to as "licenser"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets. The Visual Learning for Life Worksheets are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. 
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. 
The Visual Learning for Life Worksheets are licensed as follows: 
(a) Installation and Use.
Visual Learning for Life grants you the right to install and use copies of the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets on your computer.
(b) Backup Copies.
You may also make copies of the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets as may be necessary for backup and archival purposes.
2. DEscriptION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
(a) Maintenance of Copyright Notices.
You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets.   The copyright notice and Visual Learning for Life logo must appear on all copies. No modifications may be made to any Visual Learning for Life Worksheets.  
(b) Distribution.
You may not distribute registered copies of the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets to third parties. You agree to use the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets solely for your own non-commercial use and benefit and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to any other person or entity. Use of the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets will not be copied or posted on any network computer unless a multi-user license has been purchased.
Teachers or other professionals, may download and reproduce the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets for distribution in their classroom or practice.  Distribution outside the classroom or practice requires express written permission. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.
(c) Rental.
You may not rent, lease, or lend the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets.
(d) Compliance with Applicable Laws.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets.
3. TERMINATION 
Without prejudice to any other rights, Visual Learning for Life may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets in your possession.
4. COPYRIGHT
All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets and any copies thereof are owned by Visual Learning for Life. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content, which may be accessed through use of the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets, is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Visual Learning for Life.
5. NO WARRANTIES
Visual Learning for Life expressly disclaims any warranty for the Visual Learning for Life Worksheets. The Visual Learning for Life Worksheets are provided 'As Is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose.
