Visual Learning for Life provides its worksheets to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time. You can review the most
current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. Your use of the website and its materials constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, policies and notices.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Visual Learning for Life provides users with access to a extensive range of worksheets. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

SUBSCRIPTION AND LICENCE USAGE SUBSCRIPTION
An individual (single user licence) subscription grants the subscriber access to all materials on the Visual Learning for Life website for his or her personal use only. The materials may only be used for instruction by the person who acquired the licence. The username and password can be used only for that person. Unauthorized use is subject to charge.

NOTICE SPECIFIC TO WORKSHEET DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE ON THIS WEBSITE.
Permission to use the Worksheet Documents from Visual Learning for Life is granted, provided that (1) the below copyright notice and Visual Learning for Life logo appears in all copies, (2) use of such Worksheet Documents from Visual Learning for Life is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media, and (3) no modifications of any Worksheet Documents are made.  Teachers or other professionals, may download and reproduce the Worksheet Documents for distribution in their classroom or practice.  Distribution outside the classroom requires express written permission. Use for any other purpose is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY.
An individual needs to complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable subscription form in order to open an account. You will also choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Visual Learning for Life immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Visual Learning for Life will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Visual Learning for Life or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

Visual Learning for Life reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Visual Learning for Life shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.  Visual Learning for Life may change, add or remove any part of this Agreement, or any other terms associated with the use of the site, at any time, by posting a notice of such changes to the Terms and Conditions page of the website. Visual Learning for Life reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any user for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
