Do the worksheets work on any computer?
Any PC or Mac computer will be fine. A PC should have Windows 95 or higher with a minimum of 56MB Ram. A Mac should have OS 9 or OS X with a minimum of 128MB Ram. Even older computers will be OK as long as they have Acrobat Reader installed.
What program do I use to view and print the resources?
Acrobat Reader 5, 6, 7 and 8. This program is FREE and comes in versions for both PC and Mac.

Can I print the worksheets on any printer?
Yes. Any home or commercial inkjet or laser printer will print the worksheets.
Can I sample some worksheets before making a purchase?
Unfortunately, we do not offer sample worksheets, but you may browse and view all the worksheets on our website free of charge to determine if the content meet your needs.

Is it necessary to print the worksheets in colour?
The majority of the worksheets have been primarily designed in black and white so that they can be printed at home or at school. Some of the worksheets have small colour graphics to make them more "child friendly". If you don't want to print in colour, simply select the black and white or greyscale option on your printer settings when printing. The quality of the worksheets will remain the same.
Can I get a refund once I have made a purchase?
Refunds are not given by Visual Learning for Life since these are download items. Please browse through the worksheet examples carefully before you order to determine if the worksheets meet your needs.

Can I copy/reproduce the sheets?
If you have purchased a Visual Learning for Life CD or download, you may print out as many copies as you need to use with your students at school, in your practice, or with your children at home. You may not share the worksheets with others to use in their homes, practices or school classrooms. All copies must include the Visual Learning for Life copyright notice.
Do schools/organisations need a specific license?
Schools/organisations do not require a specific license. The teacher/professional who has purchased the worksheets is free to use the worksheets for his/her own use within the purchasing establishment but may not give the worksheets to other teachers to use. If more than one teacher/professional within a school or organisation would like to use the worksheets, they will need to purchase their own copy.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
Purchase orders are accepted from schools/organisations in the UK and the USA only. You will need to provide an official purchase order number in order to make use of this option. Please submit your Official Purchase Order by post, fax or e-mail.

Can I give the worksheet files to another teacher?
You may not share the files you have downloaded or worksheets that you have printed out with another teacher. If more than one teacher/professional within a school or organisation would like to use the worksheets, they will need to purchase their own copy.
Why are there UK and USA versions for certain worksheets?
Some words, such as color and colour, have different spellings. The pdf documents for these worksheets will contain two worksheet versions, one with UK English spelling and one with US English spelling.

Can I select the currency in which my payment is processed?
Payments can be processed in British Pound (GBP), Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), Australian Dollars (AUD) and South African Rand (ZAR). Please click on the relevant flag to load the currency of your choice.
I have paid online so what happens now?
After completing your payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you selected the Download option, you will an email with a link to download your files within 24 hours. If you selected the CD Rom option, the CD's will be posted to you by regular mail in the UK and South Africa, and by international courier elsewhere in the world.
